The A – Z of Change, Eine
Vandal, graffiti writer, street artist, fine artist, Eine has over twenty years experience of drawing a crowd. The former master printer at UK publishing house Pictures On Walls takes deceptively simple typography to a new level with iconic lettering which graces storefront shutters and city walls throughout the world.
Eine has enjoyed successful group and solo shows at galleries throughout London, Scandinavia and the US and has participated in numerous art events and festivals, including Santa’s Ghetto (2004-2007) and Nuart (2007). His work has been featured in numerous books, magazines and other publicatdruckions. Eine most recently entered the Guinness Book of World Records for hand-pulling the most colors (78) in a silk-screen print.
Current Show at Carmichael Gallery is running until 30th of july.
Kushuk Screenprint
“Guru” is a new screenprint, from the Düsseldorf based artist Kushuk. The print’s release in an edition of 10. All pieces are printed in various colours on different papers, so every piece is unique.

At his first solo show: Bekannter Fremder” at Pretty Portal in Düsseldorf, german based artist (ma´claim) released a new silkscreenprint. The stunning print shows a matador in the body of a minotaur killing himself. The handpulled screenprint comes on archival paper in a limited edition of 50.

POW: First print of the New Year comes from Steve Powerz (aka ESPO), who just in case you didn’t get the memo, is pretty fucking awesome. Originally hailing from Philadelphia he became one of the most up names
in New York, invented turning shutters into massive letters, was one third of the seminal ‘Street Market’ show, and now does things like install coin operated water boarding torture attractions at Coney Island amusement park.
This print contains 12 colours, has two background options and is one hell of a nice piece of work.
