Exhibition: WALLSCAPES – Prints in Street Art

On the occasion of La Louvière métropole culturelle 2012 in Belgium, the “Centre De La Gravure Et De L’image Imprimée” will have the exhibtion “WALLSCAPES – Prints in Street Art”. Starting with the Vernissage on May 25th at 18h, the show will run from May 26th to September 2nd.

There will be artworks by streetartists from all over Europe, such as Obey aka Shepard Fairey, C215, Invader, Denis Meyers, Doctor H, Evol, Muga, Obêtre, Sten & Lex, Swoon, Jef Aerosol and Ludo.

Alice Pasquini, known for her artworks brimming with the diversity of human emotions, is one of the top 5 female street artists in the world. On the occasion of her Solo Show “Cinderella pissed me of” at 999Contemporary gallery, Rome, C215 didn’t hesitate to create this beautiful portrait of her.

Her show has started on April 28th and will run until May 19th.

C215 – New Stencils in London

Starting his career with freehand-graffiti and sketching, C215 now belongs to the range of outstanding stencil artists of our time. Born in France, he just left his traces in London, where he held a signing session for his newest book yesterday at Signal Gallery.
