Pastel decorates wall in Santa Fe, Argentina

As a respectful tribute to the population of FONAVI, a special housing program executed by the military government of Santa Fe in 1982, where families were put into tiny apartments, missing multiple basic necessities, street artist Pastel created his new mural „Hogar“, improving the public space for the people on an artistic level.

The mural itself relates mostly to the villages‘ street dogs, of whom are many straying among the place. Of course Pastel mainly wanted to give back something to FONAVI, something that makes the streets look more clean and sorted.
